CIDSE welcomes the establishment of the High Level Panel on Global Sustainability (GSP) and looks forward to its serious engagement with not only state actors but also with civil society. Through a credible process of consultation and engagement we expect the GSP to win high-level political engagement world-wide to put in place a stronger agenda on sustainability that reflects the ethos behind the first Earth Summit.
