A new video by CIDSE partner organisations CIFCA and Grupo Sur talks about the potential negative impacts of upcoming EU trade agreements with Central America, Colombia and Peru on people’s access to water, which is a human right. (Video in Spanish, with English subtitles)

The video is issued ahead of the signature of a Free Association Agreement between the EU and Central America (29 June 2012, Tegucigalpa, Honduras). Members of the European Parliament, as well as civil society representatives from Latin America present their views on the negotiation process, the contents of the agreements and their risks.

CIDSE, as well as ALOP, Aprodev, OIDHACO, Grupo Sur/CIFCA endorse this video, which was produced with the support of Oxfam Solidarité.
